In Desktop Applications, students will learn the basics of computers and the Microsoft Office Suite, which includes:Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. This course will include virtual hands-on labs which are designed to develop and improve students’ expertise in Microsoft Office. At the end of this course students will be proficient and confident in their ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite. This course also prepares students for the Microsoft Office Specialist exams for the various applications in the Suite.
