Dear Students,
This course will enormously improve and complement the student’s knowledge, skills, and experiences in the construction field. The student will learn concise and proper methods required to prepare thorough, organized cost estimates associate with their construction trade, and how to avoid the many problems associated with the complex and demanding scope of work. The training will enable one to effectively evaluate the price quotations that are often received by a person in the construction field. This course is also demanding with an entrepreneurial focus, how to factor in all the various elements when formulating a cost proposal to a prospective customer.
