This course covers the theory and practical application of Hair Chemical Texture Services. Students will be introduced to various techniques to utilize proper analysis of the hair and scalp, and to suggest appropriate corrective treatments during a detailed client consultation. Students will be taught procedures for permanent waving, hair relaxers, and soft curl permanents. Additionally, students will learn how to use tools, implements, and products that relates to chemical services. Emphasis will be placed on skill development using mannequins and client.
